How does it work?
Easy Org Charts is a Microsoft Excel extension that can generate editable organizational charts from a list of employees and their managers. You can manually input the list or import it from any HR system. The org charts can be edited and exported directly from Excel to PowerPoint, Word, Visio, or PDF formats.
What is conditional coloring?
Conditional coloring allows you to apply custom colors to different parts of your org chart to represent various metrics or categories, such as departments, legal entities, or performance levels. This feature integrates with Excel's conditional formatting to provide advanced analytics capabilities. For example, you can highlight the top and bottom 10% of employees based on performance across different departments or pay grades.
What unique fields can I include?
You can customize your org charts with up to five unique data or text fields. Typically, one field is displayed in the main position box (e.g., employee's location or remote status), and up to four fields can be shown in optional corner side boxes to represent metrics like pay grade or span of control."
What are my payment options?
Easy Org Chart subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 12 months, with payments due annually.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a seven-day trial with limited features, during which you can cancel without charge. Once your license is activated after the trial period, we cannot offer refunds for the current annual term. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How does the trial work? Can I activate my license to get access to the full features of my membership plan?
During the trial period, you can chart up to 25 employees with access to all other features. After the seven-day trial, if you haven't canceled, your card will be charged, granting you full access to your membership plan's features. To access all features during the trial, go to the registration tab within the app and click the 'activate' button.
Is my data secure?
With ransomware and corporate hacking increasing everyday, security is our top priority. Your sensitive HR data never leaves your computer and is not kept or stored by Easy Org Charts. Like any other sensitive files stored on your PC, you are in complete control of who sees it, who it gets sent to, and how it is used.
